Our Limited Warranty
At mewutee, we stand behind the quality and durability of our fitness tracker. Every device is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, protecting against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers any malfunction or defects including:
- Hardware defects affecting function and performance
- Battery and charging issues not caused by misuse
- Software issues related to the firmware pre-installed on the device
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Accidents, mishandling, or misuse including water damage beyond IP68 limits
- Unauthorized repair or modification
- Normal wear and tear such as scratches, strap degradation, or cosmetic blemishes
- Loss or theft of the device
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your fitness tracker has a defect covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support team at support@mewutee.com with a detailed description of the issue.
- Provide a copy of your original purchase receipt or order confirmation.
- Follow the instructions for shipping your device to our warranty service center, if required.
Once your claim is approved, we will repair or replace your device free of charge. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing and shipping.
Limitations and Liability
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. mewutee shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
